i took my engajment ring in to have the band fixed when i got it back one of the diamonds was missing i told them about this then they sent it back when it was returned to me the band was bent and split and within 24 hours the diamond had fallen out when i spoke to one of the staff she was obnoxious arrogant and rude she said i would have to pay to fix the ring they had damaged....

excellent service the like you dont find in exeter any more,so good i enjoyed my loading to long and got a parking ticket for staying in the loading bay for twenty mins ,i am disabled and really enjoy going to ivor dobles for various good value items ,but sadly not any more due to parling restrictions ,im afraid disabled means lonely in the city of exeter....
